Other Information: gender, occupation, educational background, nearby phone numbers, blood type, driver's license.

Membership Information: Foundation name, association member number, association member registration date within the scope of foundation membership.

To the extent that the above-mentioned data in the text belong to the members of the foundation, who are natural persons, they will constitute personal data within the scope of KVKK, and this information will be referred to as "Personal Data" together in this text.

Carrying out activities in line with the purposes and working subjects specified in the Foundation's Bylaws,

Ensuring communication between BİLYAY and foundation members on issues related to membership rights and obligations and fulfilling related rights and obligations,

Submitting the necessary information and documents to these institutions, organizations or courts upon the request of administrative institutions and organizations and courts,

Keeping the books and records required by BİLYAY within the scope of the legislation, reporting them, complying with the information obligations, fulfilling the requirements of the contracts,

Fulfillment of obligations pursuant to the Associations Law No. 5223, Associations Regulation and other legislation,

ç) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

BİLYAY will be able to transfer your Personal Data to the following persons in the following manner and in accordance with the basic principles and conditions stipulated by the KVKK:

In addition to membership of the association or real person representation of a legal person member, your Identity Information, Contact Information and professional knowledge must be mandatory for BİLYAY, who is the data controller, to fulfill its legal and legal obligations in order to fulfill various obligations in the Law of Associations and secondary legislation. It will be shared with the Provincial Directorate of Associations and other relevant public institutions and organizations.

BİLYAY receives services from third parties regarding mass e-mail sending, and in order to send you e-mails that will inform you about ANAFOD activities and activities within the scope of the membership of the Association, your e-mail addresses will not harm the person/institution from which the service will be sent and your fundamental rights and freedoms. will be shared within the scope of BİLYAY's legitimate interest.

In order to provide various activities and services such as general assembly meetings, working group meetings, summits, board meetings, other association meetings organized within the body of BİLYAY, we work with organization companies outside of BİLYAY from time to time. The name, surname, etc. information of the persons who will participate in the said event will be shared within the scope of the legitimate interest of BİLYAY, who is the data controller authorized by BİLYAY in terms of certain activities and provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms with the organization firm for that particular job.

Although no particular data transfer is made to the relevant companies, BİLYAY works with non-BILYAY information technology companies in order to provide information technology services within the body of BİLYAY, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the members of the association (or the real person representatives of the legal entity members). Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for these services, these companies can access the servers and programs used by BİLYAY from time to time, in order to provide technical support within the scope of these services, and indirectly in this context, the data under these programs. However, it is not possible for these companies to transfer the data to their own systems or to process and store this data by themselves.

In case of any dispute regarding the rights or obligations of the Member of the Association or membership in the Association, your Personal Data shall be shared with BİLYAY's lawyers, consultants and relevant judicial authorities and enforcement authorities to the extent and limited to the relevant dispute.  It can be shared within the scope of being mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of the rights of the data controller BİLYAY.
